У роботі узагальнено теоре-тико-методологічні основи управління процесом формування і використання фінансових ресурсів недержавних пенсійних фондів, визначено концептуальні основи їх залучення та формалізовано теоретичні засади структурно-логічної побудови комплексної системи управління активами і пасивами НПФ. Автором вперше було розподілено приріст активів НПФ на кількісний та інвестиційний, що допомогло розвинути методичний інструментарій формування фінансової стратегії ефективного управління фінансовими ресурсами НПФ відповідно до стадії його життєвого циклу. Крім того, у роботі розвинуто методичні засади розрахунку ЧВА та ЧВО, формалізовано загальні тенденції та проблеми форму-вання інвестиційних портфелів НПФ, досліджено передумови активізації діяль-ності пенсійних фондів, визначено основні напрямки формування їх фінансових ресурсів. На основі аналізу і узагальнення зарубіжного досвіду обґрунтовано ме-ханізм оцінки якості створення інвестиційного портфеля щодо свідомого чи ви-падкового вибору інвестиційних інструментів The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological bases of non-governmental pension funds’ operation and the mechanism of accumulation and use of their financial resources. The paper summarizes the theoretical and methodological principles upon which is based financial management of nongovernmental pension funds (NPF). Conceptual foundations of fundraising and theoretical bases of structural and logical construction of the complex system of assets and liabilities of NPF were formalized in the work. The author was first to divide assets’ growth of NPF into the quantitative and qualitative one, which helped to develop the methodological tools of the financial strategy for effective management of financial resources depending on NPF stage of its life cycle. In addition, the thesis develops a methodology of calculation of net asset value and net unit value of pension funds and formalized the general trends and problems of portfolio investment. This thesis researches necessary conditions for stimulation of pension funds deve lopment and assesses the main directions of their financial resources formation. On the basis of the analysis of foreign experience the author proposes a mechanism for creating an investment portfolio of purposive or random selection of investment instruments. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
