Корецького НАН України Description У дисертаційній роботі здійснено комплексне дослідження теоретико-прикладних проблем правового регулювання банківської діяльності на території України у 1917–1921 рр. У роботі здійснена спроба осмислення законів розвитку держави і права перехідного періоду як методологічної проблеми, банківського законодавства, формування норм права, моделі регулювання правовідносин в банківській сфері у 1917–1921 рр. Особлива увага приділяється аналізу передумов, зв’язку економіки, політики і права, законодавчій діяльності урядів, правових рішень, що започаткували створення банківських установ в Україні в умовах державотворення. Досліджується механізм формування правових норм у сфері банківської діяльності, правові відносини та акти реалізації прав і обов’язків як складові елементи механізму правового регулювання діяльності банків. Dissertation is devoted to the complex research of legal regulation of banking theoretical and applied problems of Ukraine in 1917–1921. The attempt of comprehending the principles of state and law development a as a methodological problem in the transition period is made. Banking legislation, the formation of the rules of law, a model of legal regulation in the banking sector in 1917–1921 are thoroughly studied by the author. The special attention is paid to the analysis of preconditions, the connections between economics, politics and law, the legislative activity of governments and legal decisions, which led to the creation of banks in Ukraine in the state formation period. The research of the mechanism of forming rules of banking law, legal relations and acts of rights and duties realization as an element of the mechanism of banking regulation is carried out. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
