Тараса Шевченка Description В статье лингвистический статус имени собственного обосновывается в терминах когнитивной науки и лингвокультурологии.На основе интерпретации семантической структуры апеллятивов современных английских антропонимов германского происхождения доказывается мысль о текстовой природе имени. Антропоним как свернутый национально-культурный текст анализируется на уровне текстономических связей между его компонентами, объединенными внутренними отношениями в рамках холистического образования. Детально рассматриваются черты поэтической природы антропонимических композитов. The article focuses on the problem of ontological status of a proper name,the latter treated in terms of the basic concepts of Cognitive linguistics and Culture studies.The basis for considering onyms as condensed ethnic-cultural textsis illustrated by means of interpreting linguistic and cultural potential encoded in semantic structure of modern English personal names of Germanic origin. The paper states that compound two-element anthroponyms as holistic structures reveal features of poetic nature through specific textonomyc relationships existing between their components. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
