Виділено якісні критерії, які впливають на рівень конкурентоспроможності депозитних банківських послуг для фізичних осіб. Запропоновано алгоритм побудови багатомірної функції корисності депозитної банківської послуги для споживача – фізичної особи. Представлено результати досліджень щодо побудови одномірної функції корисності та визначення релевантних факторів впливу на рішення купівлі конкретної банківської послуги в банку. The paper presents a scientific and methodical approach to the use of utility functions for the formalization of qualitative parameters of competitive of deposit banking services for individuals in Ukraine. Highlighted qualitative criteria that affect the level of competitiveness of deposit banking services for individuals. An algorithm for constructing multidimensional utility function of deposit banking services to the consumer - the individual.
