Здійснено практичні розрахунки па основі даної моделі за 2000-2010 роки для трьох видів економічної діяльності: 1) транспорт і зв’язок; 2) освіта; 3) охорона здоров'я і соціальна допомога. It is offered the scientific-methodological approach to choosing of priority branch for concession the governmental investments. It is formed the mathematical model for optimal distribution of financing's part of infrustnutural investment projects on the account of the state.
