Согласно документам Базельского комитета, для эффективного управления банком необходимо учитывать связь корпоративного управления и управления операционным риском. Существует также проблема сложности оценки операционного риска (отсутствие рядов исторических данных по случаям реализации операционных рисков). Поэтому вопрос рассмотрения обеспеченности белорусских банков программными продуктами для оценки операционного риска и поиск направлений по совершенствованию управления данным риском особенно актуальны для белорусского банковского сектора. Currently, the Belarusian banks there is a certain lack of understanding of the value of operational risk in the management of business processes. According to the documents of the Basel Committee for the effective manage¬ment of the bank must take into account the relationship of corporate governance and operational risk management. There is also the problem of assessing the operational risk (the absence of historical data series for the cases of the implementation of operational risk).
