Особливу увагу при цьому було приділено правовому регулюванню надання послуг. У монографії показано, що послуги у сфері освіти поділяються на основні та додаткові освітні, та інші (не освітні) послуги у сфері освіти. В залежності від виду послуг різниться їх правове регулювання. У монографії розкрито правовий статус суб’єктів господарювання, що надають послуги у сфері освіти, а також споживачів їх послуг. Визначено особливості правового регулювання надання послуг у сфері освіти інших країн; проведено порівняння із вітчизняним законодавством та юридичною практикою. На основі зарубіжного досвіду та власних висновків зроблено пропозиції до законодавства. This monograph comprehensively investigated the relations arising in the provision of education services in Ukraine. Particular attention was paid to the legal regulation of service provision.
