При цьому сама автономія вбачається ними у тому, щоб держава брала на себе часткове фінансування діяльності навчальних закладів, а інші фінансові ресурси не забороняла і не заважала здобувати самотужки. Вважаємо, що підвищення автономії ВНЗ поряд із диверсифікацією джерел фінансування дозволить подолати багато проблем у діяльності навчальних закладів в Україні. Проте робити це необхідно одночасно із пошуком відповіді на питання про розподіл та співвідношення державного і недержавного фінансування діяльності навчальних закладів. Improved funding the education sector is linked with institutional autonomy. In this very autonomy is seen in the fact, that the state takes on the partial funding of educational institutions and other financial resources, are not banned and not interfere acquire its own. We believe that increasing the autonomy of universities, along with the diversification of funding sources will overcome many of the problems in the educational institutions in Ukraine.
