The article is an attempt to make the theoretical analysis of non-traditional religious organizations’ activities as a factor of public life, its social action, subjective meaning and intentions itself, that are becoming more and more influence on the processes in state. Interaction with the major religions and the state institutions is a serious problem all over the world.
