Thus a considerable role is played by the ability to approve and introduce the latest achievements of management science and practice. Lately for the assessment of efficiency of functioning institution benchmarking and mathematical methods are used. Benchmarking does not give any numerical expression of the assessment of efficiency. Therefore, the article deals with the assessment of efficiency method with the use of distribution function and accounting formulas of potential opportunities for the institution taking into account an optimal management. Сучасний розвиток організації (закладу) залежить від рівня ефективності управлінської діяльності його керівництва. При цьому значну роль відіграє уміння апробувати і впроваджувати останні досягнення управлінської науки і практики.
