In the scientific and methodological approaches of the essence and types of infrastructure of financial market are investigated, the place of the infrastruc-ture in the relationship on financial market is defined, the functions, principles and basic properties of infrastructure of financial market are analyzed and systematized. The structural elements of the infrastructure are defined and characterized.
