Наведено ґрунтовний аналіз структури доходів за різними видами: податкові, неподаткові, доходи від операцій з капіталом, трансферти. Побудовано прогнозну модель обсягів доходів бюджету області, на основі якої розраховано доходи бюджету області на 2013-2015рр. Розглянуто сучасні тенденції у сформованій структурі та запропоновано шляхи збільшення наповнюваності місцевих бюджетів. The article provides an analysis of the dynamics of Sumy region’s income 2000-2012. in absolute terms and adjusted for inflation. Presented a detailed analysis of the income’s structure from different categories: tax, non-tax, income from capital transactions, transfers. Construct predictive model of revenue, which is calculated on the basis of budget revenues region 2013-2015.
