Побудована модель залежності надходжень до доходної частини бюджету від валового регіонального продукту, витрат на розвиток окремих галузей економіки та податкових надходжень, яка може бути використана при прогнозуванні доходів місцевих бюджетів та зміні обсягів витрат на розвиток окремих галузей економіки, для регулювання впливу на місцевий соціально-економічний розвиток. Article consists analys of dynamics of the budgets expenditures of the Sumy region for the 2000-2011 years at district level, structure, orientation, and draw conclusions.
