Використано метод оцінки рівня соматичного здоров’я Г. Л. Апанасенка. Обрання цього методу обумовлено тим, що він дає можливість комплексно визначити функціональний стан організму за показниками кардіореспіраторної та м’язової системи, які формалізовані у кількісних одиницях (балах) і пов’язуються з рівнем індивідуального здоров’я. Констатовано що, абсолютна більшість студенток мають низькі показники, які, не зважаючи на певне відсоткове коливання, мають стійку тенденцію до погіршення протягом всього періоду навчання. Отже, заняття з фізичного виховання не виконують повною мірою оздоровчу функцію, самостійне вдосконалення дає або незначні результати, або абсолютно не впливає на стан здоров'я студенток. the brought results over of research of рівеня of somatic health of students of economic specialities of the "Ukrainian academy of banking of the National bank of Ukraine" and Sumy state university. The method of estimation of somatic health of Apanasenko level is used. Electing of this method conditioned that he gives an opportunity complex to define the functional state of organism on the indexes of the cardiorespiratory and muscular system, that is formalized in quantitative units (points) and contact with an individual health level. It is established that, absolute majority of students have subzero indexes, that, not taking into account percent oscillation is certain, have a proof tendency to worsening during all period of studies. Consequently, employments on физическиому education do not perform the health duty to a full degree, independent perfection gives or insignificant results, or does not absolutely influence on the state of health of students. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
