У результаті проведеного дослідження було виокремлено переваги та недоліки існуючих моделей регулювання. Порівняльний аналіз переваг існуючих моделей та недоліків функціонуючої системи регулювання вітчизняного ринку похідних фінансових інструментів дозволив обрати модель, яка максимально враховуватиме особливості українського ринку ПФІ. This article analyzes the experience of using models of derivatives regulation on the example of countries such as Germany, Britain, France and the USA. As a result of this research advantages and disadvantages of existing models of regulation were singled out. The comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing models of the regulatory system functioning of the domestic derivatives market allowed to choose the model that takes into account peculiarities of the Ukrainian derivatives market best. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
