Запропоновано науково-методологічний підхід до оцінювання корпоративного управління в банку на основі розрахунку інтегрального показника ефективності, його декомпозиції на організаційну й управлінську ефективність та показника резерву ефективності, що свідчить про не використаний потенціал корпоративного управління банку, який в результаті його ігнорування, перетворюється на неефективність управління діяльністю банку в системі фінансових відносин стейкхолдерів. The article generalized conceptual, methodological, and practical approaches to evaluating corporate governance as a component of the bank’ management in the system of financial relations of their stakeholders. A scientific and methodological approach to the evaluation of corporate governance in the bank on the basis of calculating the integral efficiency indicator, its decomposition on the operational and management efficiency and indicator of efficiency reserve that shows the unused potential of corporate governance of the bank, that in case of its ignorance will converted into inefficiency of bank's management in the system of financial relations their stakeholders, suggested. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
