The article is devoted to the analysis of legal constructions establishes numerous restrictions for individuals who implement their rights in the areas of creation of legal entities of private law and possession of their corporate rights. This author attempts to explore the characteristics of the restrictions provided for by national law, and find out their administrative and legal nature.
