Розглянуто структуру фондового ринку як сукупності ринків фінансових інструментів із окресленням на ньому місця операцій із банківського фінансового інвестування. Визнано за доречне розглядати банки як інституційних інвесторів у процесі здійснення ними інвестиційної діяльності. Запропоновано спростити процедуру залучення банків до інвестиційних процесів на фондовому ринку шляхом скасування окремих правил і положень. The article refers to organizational aspects of bank financial invest-ment operations on the stock exchange. The author suggested representing the structure of financial market as a combination of three financial instruments markets. Bank investment operations are considered to be realized on both investment and financial markets due to their bilateral character.
