Якщо в докризовий період спадаюча пропозиція облігацій здебільшого підхоплювалася інвесторами-нерезидентами, то у посткризовий – база інвесторів змістилася назад до внутрішніх власників. Центральні банки стали важливими гравцями на ринку державних облігацій, а комерційні банки стали тримати більшу їх кількість.
