На основі нормативних положень міжнародних органів з банківського нагляду, методології рейтингових агентств та національних нормативних документів автором розроблено стандарт розкриття інформації. Розроблений стандарт направлений на орієнтацію банків щодо розкриття інформації про його кінцевих власників та корпоративну структуру. The article is devoted to the research of consolidation processes in the banking system of Ukraine and the problem of banks` non-disclosure of complete information about ownership structure and corporate structure. On the ground of normative statements of international authorities on banking supervision, methodology of rating agencies and domestic normative documents the standard of information disclosure is developed.
