Доведено, що це неможливо, так як на сьогодні в Україні не підтверджуються закони Оукена та Філіпса. Для прогнозування попиту запропоновано використовувати балансовий метод. In the article the possibility of predicting labor shortages on the basis of production functions. It is proved that this is not possible, because today in Ukraine are not supported by Ouken's and Phillips's laws.
