С. Кузнеця Description Розглянуто чинні правові й економічні засади формування моделі соціально-економічної політики в Україні. Наголошено на недостатньому стратегічному усвідомленні ролі й функцій соціальної політики в українському суспільстві. Проаналізовано ресурсні й інституціональні обмеження щодо подальшого реформування соціальної сфери. Обґрунтовано пріоритети соціальної політики держави, які залежать від стратегічної мети соціально-економічного розвитку країни. Запропоновано стратегічні напрями реформування економічної політики в Україні. The article deals with the existent legal and economic principles of forming social and economic policy model in Ukraine. Attention is drawn to the insufficient strategic comprehension of the role and functions of the social policy in the Ukrainian society. Institutional and resource limitations are analyzed in relation to the subsequent reformation of the social sphere. Priorities of the state social policy are found to be dependent on the strategic purpose of social and economic development of the country.
