В роботі впорядковано сутнісні підходи до визначення категорії “бюджетний потенціал регіону”; досліджено особливості формування БПР на основі компаративного аналізу українського досвіду та зарубіжної практики; розглянуто механізм формування БПР; обґрунтовано методичні підходи та прикладний інструментарій комплексної оцінки формування БПР. Запропоновано напрями удосконалення механізму формування БПР на підставі моделювання структури джерел формування бюджетного потенціалу регіону, узагальнення перспектив використання можливостей збільшення БПР, гармонізації механізму формування БПР. Dissertation research is devoted to the deepening of scientific and methodological approaches and practical mechanisms by forming of budgetary potential of region. Well-organized essence determination of category “budgetary potential of region”; the features of forming of budgetary potential of region were investigated on the basis of comparative analysis of Ukrainian experience and foreign practice; certainly conceptual principles of mechanism of forming of budgetary potential of region were researched; co-operation of elements of mechanism of forming of budgetary potential of region was appraised, the analysis of practice of the use of the legal and informative providing was conducted in the context of possibilities of forming of budgetary potential of region, methodical approaches and applied tool of estimation of the state of forming of budgetary potential of region were substantiated. Directions of improvement of mechanism of forming of budgetary potential of region were offered on the basis of design of structure of sources of forming of budgetary potential of region, generalization of prospects of the use of possibilities of increase of budgetary potential of region, harmonization of mechanism of forming of budgetary potential, on the basis of taxonomical analysis. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
