A formation of intra-and intermolecular interaction in the PUU/LiCl and PUU/PVC systems was determined by FTIR. Structural asymmetry and weakening intermolecular interactions in PUU promotes an increasing energy of interfacial H-bonds in PUU/PVC blends.
