Структурные и субструктурные свойства, полученных образцов были исследованы с помощью ретгенодифракционного метода. Проведенные исследования позволили определить зависимость основных структурных параметров пленок ZnO (текстуры, периода кристаллической решетки, размера областей когерентного рассеяния (ОКР), уровня микродеформаций) от физико-химических условий нанесения образцов. Abstract. In the work ZnO films were deposited by chemical bath deposition from aqueous solutions of zinc nitrate hexahydrate and ammonia solution. The structural and sub-structural properties of obtained samples were examined using the X-ray analysis. The research allowed to determine the dependence of the main structural parameters of the films ZnO (texture quality, lattice constants, coherent scattering domain size (CSD), microstrain) on the physical and chemical conditions of application of samples. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
