Telemedicine is one of the application areas of medical science and it’s developing is very fast. The main goal of telemedicine is to create conditions under which the assistance of highly qualified medical professionals will be available not only to residents of large cities, but also to those patients who live far from specialized medical centers and are unable to get an advice of a doctor.
