Вони характеризуються тим, що є одним із видів соціально-забезпечувальних правовідносин, наділені притаманними їм рисами, спрямовані на забезпечення гідного життя осіб, з якими стався пенсійний ризик, виникають у сфері державного соціального забезпечення, а тому належать до предмета права соціального забезпечення. The paper provided a brief description of the right to a pension in terms of pension reform. Thus, the author noted that for the realization of their right to retirement pension a person becomes subject of legal relations.
