У статті проаналізовано та узагальнено еволюцію наукових теорій та шкіл, що досліджували відносини між учасниками банківського бізнесу. Запропоновано доповнити систему критеріїв визначення стейкхолдерів банку шляхом її доповнення додатковим критерієм – наявністю фінансових відносин між банком та учасником банківського бізнесу в процесі обмінно-розподільчих операцій та делегування повноважень, які мають прямий вплив на ефективність управління діяльністю банку. Це дозволило ієрархічно впорядкувати коло стейкхолдерів банку залежно від критеріїв їх виокремлення та уточнити роль державних органів влади, у тому числі НБУ як стейкхолдера, за кожним із критеріїв. Запропоновано модифікацію класичної моделі «принципал – агент» М. Дженсена. The article is aimed at improving the scientific and methodical approach to establishing priorities in forming the system of financial relations with stakeholders of a bank, based on the level of their influence on the efficiency of management of the bank's activities. The article analyzes and summarizes the evolution of scientific theories and schools who explored the relations between the participants in the banking business. It has been suggested that system of criteria for the identification of the bank's stakeholders is complemented with an additional criterion – presence of financial relations between the Bank and a member of the banking business in the process of distribution and exchange operations, including the delegation of powers, which has a direct influence on the efficiency of the bank's management. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
