Авторами анализируется роль транснациональных корпораций в мировой экономике в условиях глобализационного развития мира. В статье рассматриваются аспекты влияния ТНК на страны мира и развитие мировых рынков. Раскрываются масштабы и основные направления деятельности международных корпораций. Авторы проводят анализ основных тенденций в деятельности зарубежных ТНК на территории Украины, выделяя прямые иностранные инвестиции (ПИИ) как основное средство влияния ТНК на другие страны. Исследуются современные тенденции осуществления прямых иностранных инвестиций транснациональными компаниями в экономику Украины. Авторами раскрываются особенности функционирования транснациональных корпораций в Украине и их влияние на развитие украинской экономики. Особое внимание уделяется проблемам и перспективам развития ТНК в Украине. The article discusses the essence of transnational corporations and the criteria for their identification. The authors analyze the role of transnational corporations in the world economy in terms of the globalization of world development. This article discusses aspects of the impact of TNCs on the countries of the world and global markets. Reveals the extent and main directions of international corporations. The authors analyze the main trends in the activities of foreign TNCs in the territory of Ukraine, highlighting the foreign direct investment (FDI) as a primary means of influence of TNCs on other countries. Investigates the current trends of the foreign direct investment by transnational companies in the Ukrainian economy. The authors reveal the peculiarities of transnational corporations in Ukraine and their influence on the development of the Ukrainian economy.
