Проаналізовано її роль у банківській сфері та функціонуванні банківських установ. Здійсненно розмежування видів банківської інформації та сформовану широку класифікацію її видів. Як результат виокремлені головні риси банківської інформації. Висунуто гіпотезу про існування банківської інформації як окремого виду інформації. Запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення інформаційного та банківського законодавства, зокрема з питання банківської інформації. In research paper analyzes the current legislation on the regulation of information relations in the banking sector and performed complex research object of the relationships.
