Встановлено взаємозв’язок між цими поняттями. Показано, що досвід в моделі компетентності має об'єктивний зміст, він інтегрує в єдине ціле засвоєні людиною знання та окремі дії, способи і прийоми розв’язування задач. Досвід є центральною компонентою компетентності. Формування компетентності у навчально-пізнавальній діяльності здійснюється через формування досвіду цієї діяльності. This paper examines approaches to define the terms "experience" and "competence". Between these concepts established interconnection. It is shown that experience in a model of competence is the objective content; it integrates into a whole learned man of knowledge and individual actions, methods and techniques for solving problems. Experience is a central component of competence.
