Проведено порівняльний аналіз динаміки державного боргу цих країн та розглянуто становлення боргової політики Польщі з метою ефективного впровадження різних підходів в Україні. Вивчено напрямки використання державних запозичень в Україні та Польщі, а також проаналізовано механізм управління державним боргом у Польщі. Проведено аналіз правового забезпечення державних запозичень на основі законодавчих актів Польщі та Європейського Союзу. The research approaches to the management of public debt in Ukraine, using the experience of Poland. This article provides some reflections through a closer look at Poland and its response to the global financial crises, with a special emphasis on the situation concerning public sector finances. Modern tendencies of formation and directions of state loans usage in Poland are considered. A comparative analysis of the dynamics of public debt in these countries and considered becoming Poland's debt policy for the effective implementation of the various approaches in Ukraine . Studied the uses of public debt in Poland and Ukraine, as well as analysis of the mechanism of public debt management in Poland. Using the Polish experience, we can offer apply in Ukraine limited budget deficit and reduce the growth of money supply. Through such measures achieve financial stability will be possible and reduce dependence on external financing Ukraine. The main issues of institutional-legal providing mechanism of state debt management in Poland are revealed. The analysis of the legal provision of government borrowing on the basis of legislation in Poland and the European Union.
