Conducted the analysis of consumer crediting conditions for individuals in Ukraine, identified the current problems of a consumer credit market and the perspectives for its further development.Investigated the problems of legal regulation of consumer credit in Ukraine and outline direction, but its reform from the standpoint of improving consumer protection financial services.
