Дано визначення «Рішення про місцевий бюджет». Досліджено етапи прийняття рішення про місцевий бюджет та внесення змін до нього. Визначено строк дії та територію дії рішення про місцевий бюджет. Аналізується ієрархічна структура законодавчих та підзаконних нормативно-правових актів, що пов’язана з рішенням про місцевий бюджет. Викладено пропозиції, щодо внесення змін і доповнень до нормативно правових актів, що регулюють прийняття рішення про місцевий бюджет, в першу чергу до Бюджетного кодексу України. The paper developed the legal nature of the decision to the local budget of its structure, elements and attributes. The definition of " decision of the local budget ." Studied the stages of the decision to the local budget and amendments thereto. Defined duration and area of the decision of the local budget. We analyze the hierarchical structure of the legislative and regulatory legal acts , related to the decision of the local budget.
