Визначено ставлення студенток економічної спеціальності до занять з фізичного виховання за допомогою анкетування. Наведені дані фізичної підготовленості студенток та їх самооцінка фізичного стану. Досліджені причини, які перешкоджають поліпшенню їх фізичного стану, а також визначені засоби фізичного виховання з оздоровчою спрямованістю. We studied internal and external factors which affect student’s motivation for self-improvement. There were found the attitude of students of economic specialization to the physical training classes with the help of questionnaires. We imposed facts about the physical form of the students and also the self-rating of physical condition.
