Об’єктивна необхідність застосування ситуаційно-адаптивного підходу обумовлена, потребою в розробці механізмів управління підприємством в мінливих зовнішніх та внутрішніх умовах; складності і різноманітності виробничих процесів; неповної, неточної вихідної інформації. Особливістю даного підходу є те, що він направлений лише на вирішення питань превентивного характеру, запобігає появі проблемних ситуацій в організації. The article is devoted to use of situationally-adaptive approach to the system of economic security of domestic enterprises. The objective necessity of the use of situationally-adaptive approach is due, the need to develop mechanisms for management in the changing internal and external conditions; complexity and production processes; incomplete, inaccurate initial information.
