Але на сьогодні у процесі реформування пенсійної системи України не можна говорити навіть про принцип пенсійного забезпечення на рівні не нижче встановленого прожиткового мінімуму та принцип незменшуваності змісту та обсягу права на пенсію при прийнятті нових законів. In this work, the author focuses on the fact that the social state calculation of pensions to the extent that delivers decent life and human existence, should be an important guarantee in the implementation of the right to a pension.
