Основний акцент в роботі здійснено на існуючих недоліках пануючих концепцій портфельного управління. Зокрема автори зосереджують увагу на таких ключових моментах: розгляд очікуваної дохідності портфелю в якості основної змінної; використання середньоквадратичного відхилення для виміру ризику; кореляція дохідностей фінансових активів виступає способом зниження ризикованості портфелю; обмеженість портфельного управління трьома критеріями – дохідність, ризик, кореляція; неврахування транзакційних витрат при оцінці фінансових результатів управлінських рішень. На основі виокремлення проблем сучасних портфельних теорій в статті пропонуються загальні напрями їх удосконалення та орієнтири проведення подальших досліджень. The article deals with the problematic aspects associated with the use of modern portfolio theory. This research is focused on main shortcomings of portfolio management process. In particular, the authors emphasize the following key issues: the expected return of portfolio treats as a primary variable; standard deviation uses to measure risk; correlation of financial assets’ yields іs a way of reducing portfolio risk; portfolio management is limited by three criteria - profitability, risk, correlation; ignoring transaction costs in assessing the financial performance management solutions. Based on the isolation of modern portfolio theory problems the general direction of improvement and guidance for further research are suggested in this article. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
