The author in his work drew attention to a number of unsolved problems that exist in the functioning of the deposit insurance system in Ukraine: 1) the lack of a legal mechanism to include other persons who carry out deposit transactions than banks (like credit unions) to a system of guarantee deposits of individuals in Ukraine; 2) lack of legal mechanism to protect the rights of depositors other than a natural person - legal entities. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
