На підставі аналізу як чинного законодавства України, так і позитивного досвіду розвинених країн автором виділено та надано характеристику таких основних функціональних принципів, як: принцип поєднання еконо-мічних та адміністративних методів регулювання валютних відносин, принцип єдності внутрішньої та зовні-шньої валютної політики держави, принцип контрольованого використання іноземної валюти у внутрішньому господарському обігу. The article is devoted to research of functional principles of legal regulation of currency relations. On the ground of analysis of both current legislation of Ukraine and positive experience of developed countries, the author emphasizes and gives characteristics of such basic functional principles as: principle of combination of economic and administrative methods of regulation of currency relations, principle of unity of internal and external currency policy of the state, principles of controlled use of foreign currency in internal economic turnover. It is emphasized that use of stated principles of legal regulation of currency relations will promote increase of effectiveness of their regulation in Ukraine and allow to use state resources effectively. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
