The role of banks with foreign capital among the main banks-mortgage lenders is investigated. The level of dollarization of mortgage loans and the impact of exchange rate risks on mortgage lending in Ukraine are examined. В статті проведений аналіз поточного стану вітчизняного ринку іпотечного кредитування у розрізі обсягів іпотечних кредитів, їх частки в кредитних портфелях банків. Визначені основні банки-іпотечні кредитори та досліджена роль банків з іноземним капіталом на даному ринку.
