Проведене дослідження дозволило запропонувати певні заходи підвищення рівня транспарентності ринку похідних фінансових інструментів. The article stressed the need for transparent information for the effective functioning of the derivatives market. The author formalized the current state of information disclosure system, which ensures the transparency of Ukrainian market of derivative financial instruments and the analysed of the causes and effects of low levels of disclosure.
