В статті доводиться, що НБУ використовує таку форму державного управління як укладання адміністративних договорів та визначає їх види. Доводиться, що для більш ефективного використання такої форми державного управління потрібно удосконалити правове регулювання. The author explores the use of administrative agreements in the National Bank of Ukraine. The paper argues that the NBU uses a form of governance as the conclusion of administrative agreements and determine their types.
