Макаренка Description В статті розглянуто рівень фізичної підготовленості студентів вищих навчальних закладів України. Наведено аналіз публікацій про низький рівень кондиційної фізичної підготовленості студентів. Показано, що існуюча система фізичного виховання в вузах України неефективна. Проведено експеримент з організації процесу фізичного виховання і рекреації в Державному вищому навчальному закладі «Українська академія банківської справи Національного банку України». Показано систему організаційних рекреаційних заходів. Встановлено, що використання новітніх технологій організації процесу фізичного виховання і рекреації, на основі врахування мотивації інтересів студентів, створення умов за місцем проживання, дало можливість створення ефективної системи фізичного виховання і отримувати позитивний рекреаційний ефект. In the article the level of physical fitness of students in higher education in Ukraine. The analysis of publications about the low level of physical fitness conditioning students.
