The article offers approaches to mathematical formalization of structural changes in the country’s political and economic condition by examining the dynamics of a stable political and economic situation in a given time interval. У статті наводяться практичні рекомендації щодо аналізу статичної і динамічної комплексних оцінок стабільної політичної та економічної ситуації на основі графічної інтерпретації - побудови центра мас трикутника " економічної , політичної і соціальної сфери » ; розрахунки узагальнених характеристик економічного , соціального та політичного розвитку , як середніх нормованих значень .
