Автором определяются основные теоретические понятия защиты права на пенсию по инвалидности. Выявляются формы и способы защиты, а также особенности защиты права на пенсию по инвалидности. Обосновывается возможность применения такой неюрисдикционной формы защиты, как самозащита права на пенсию по инвалидности. Предлагается примерный перечень способов защиты, который целесообразно закрепить в пенсионном законодательстве. This article covers the issues related to the violation (litigation) or emergence of a real threat of infringement of the right to Disability Pensions; the development of the scientific basis for the protection of the pension rights. Author gives the definition of basic theoretical concepts of protection of the right to Disability Pensions. Also forms and methods of protection are detected in this article and the main features of protection of the right to Disability Pension. It justifies the use of such unjudicial form of protection as self-defense of the right to Disability Pension.
