У дипломній роботі розглянуто розвиток відносин за кредитним договором. Приділяється увага поняттю кредитного договору, досліджено його юридичний зміст і істотні умови. Значної уваги приділено особливостям нормативно-правового регулювання відносин за кредитним договором. За результатами дипломного дослідження зроблені теоретичні висновки, а також практичні рекомендації з удосконалення чинного цивільного законодавства та практики його застосування щодо кредитних договорів. In the diploma work represents the study of civil relations, which are mediated by the credit agreement for the civil legislation of Ukraine. In the research paper considers the development of relations under the credit contract. Attention is paid to the notion of the credit agreement, and study its legal content and essential conditions. .. Considerable attention is paid to peculiarities of legal regulation of relations under the credit contract.
