Все эти уступки со стороны российского правительства имели целью лишь ускорить слияние администраций левобережной Украины и Бессарабии с бюрократической системой Российской империи. К концу первой трети ХІХ в. административно-управленческий аппарат на этих землях был полностью преобразован по имперскому образцу. При цитуванні документа, використовуйте посилання http://essuir.sumdu.edu.ua/handle/123456789/36680 The article examines some aspects, concerning the infusion of officialdom of the former Hetmanshchina (Left-bank Ukraine) and Bessarabia into bureaucratic space of the Russian Empire in the second half of the XVIII – the first third of the XIX century. This integration was accompanied by the provision of a broad social rights of the local elite, creation of temporary governing bodies that operated given the regional specifics, etc. All these concessions from the Russian government had only intended to accelerate the merging administrations of Left-bank Ukraine and Bessarabia with the bureaucratic system of the Russian Empire. At the end of the first third of the ХІХ century the administrative and managerial apparatus in these lands has been totally transformed by imperial sample. Special attention is attached to the transfer from local tradition of promotion in rank to the imperial standard system.
