Зокрема, виявлено основні проблеми та колізійні питання інституту спадкового права України. Проведено теоретичний аналіз проблем оподаткування спадщини в Україні. Досліджено проблеми регламентації інституту обов’язкової частки спадщини. Зроблено аналіз охорони праці та безпеки в надзвичайних ситуаціях на підприємстві. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення законодавства стосовно спадкування. In diploma work the analysis of current legislation is conducted on questions of realization of rights on an inheritance and a complex study of problems of the legal adjusting of inheritance is undertaken. It is found out an author basic problems of institute of probate law are in Ukraine. Analysis of legal norms of law is done regulate the inherited legal relationships. Theoretical analysis of problems of taxation of inheritance is conducted in Ukraine. The problems of reglament institute of separate part of inheritance are investigational.
