Полагаясь на необходимость получения прежде всего экологического результата при решении проблемы бытовых отходов путем сведения к минимуму негативного воздействие процессов обращения на окружающую среду, считаем целесообразным принять за критерий отбора варианта максимальное значение интегрального предотвращенного экономического ущерба от загрязнения окружающей среды, возникающего при использовании ресурсного потенциала отходов, на единицу интегрального нанесенного ущерба. Предложенный подход в отличие от существующих комплексно учитывает эколого-экономические результаты и убытки в рамках жизненного цикла «ресурс-продукт-отходы-продукт» и позволяет отобрать наименее экодеструктивный них. The scientific and methodical approach of ecological and economic justification of options of integrated treatment with solid municipal waste is proposed in the article, which is based on the use of ecological and economic criteria. Considering on necessity of obtaining primarily ecological result in solving the problem of waste by minimizing the negative impact of treatment processes on the environment, consider it reasonable to adopt criterion for selection of options as the maximum value of the integral prevented economic damage from pollution resulting from the use of resource potential of waste at the unit of integral caused damage. The proposed approach unlike existing is taking complexly into account ecological and economic results and losses in the life cycle of «resource - product - waste - product» and allows to select the least environmentally destructive of it. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
